Civil Wedding Licence
It is now 3 years since Tollbar Function Centre was first granted a Civil Wedding Licence. Over this time, we have gained plenty of experience in hosting civil ceremonies and receptions here at Tollbar and have proved to be a popular venue for these special occasions.The Lancaster Suite offers the perfect setting for Civil Marriages, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for the couple and their family and friends to enjoy this significant event. Civil Ceremonies can be booked without a wedding reception. However, couples and their guests have taken advantage of our excellent facilities and have stayed for a celebratory drink and photographs in our private courtyard.
A wedding reception at Tollbar can be as formal or as informal as you wish. The space is yours to have the reception of your choice from a traditional wedding breakfast to a less formal disco and buffet.
We are delighted with our success since being granted a Civil Wedding Licence and we intend to give many more couples the perfect venue and service.
